We are expanding our AI capabilities and are seeking an experienced AI Software Engineer to help design, develop, train, and deploy advanced AI solutions for commercial, government, and security-focused applications.

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Software Engineer / AI Model Specialist with deep expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and modern software development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, training, testing, and optimizing AI models and intelligent software solutions. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create innovative products that solve complex business and operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI and machine learning solutions.
Build, train, validate, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
Develop Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) applications.
Create AI-driven automation, analytics, and decision-support solutions.
Design scalable data pipelines for AI and machine learning workloads.
Develop APIs and software integrations for AI applications.
Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
Conduct research and implement emerging AI technologies.
Collaborate with software developers, data engineers, and project stakeholders.
Prepare technical documentation and architecture specifications.
Support the full software development lifecycle using Agile and DevSecOps practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on AI and machine learning development experience.
Strong knowledge of AI model development and deployment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and within distributed international teams.
